Publication of administrative deeds

All deeds adopted by local authorities and their groupings, which are regulatory in the legal sense of the term, are published on their websites.
In accordance with articles L. 3131-1, as referenced by article L. 5721-4, and R. 3131-2 of the Code Général des Collectivités territoriales (General Code of Local Authorities):
“Regulatory acts and decisions of neither a regulatory nor an individual nature are published in electronic form, under conditions set by decree in the French Council of State, to guarantee their authenticity and ensure that they are permanently available to the public free of charge.
Documents published in electronic form are made available to the public on the website (...) in their entirety, in a non-modifiable format, and under conditions that ensure their preservation, guarantee their integrity, and enable them to be downloaded.
The electronic version of these documents includes a legible acknowledgement of the first name, surname, and title of the author, as well as the date on which the document was posted on the website (...). The period of publication of the document may not be less than two months.”
